Intra scleral fixation has become a well established technique in recent secondly IOL insertion, while conventional IOL suture fixation is still useful especially for small pupils or corneal opacification. However, suture fixation is technically difficult with complications. Here, we demonstrate our new simpler strategy of IOL suture fixation with the modified haptic externalization method.
