We present a new suture-free technique for fixing the capsular bag in patients with ectopia lentis. In this technique, we perform the capsulorhexis by femtosecond laser and we created a CTS/5.0 polypropylene complex to attach the subluxated capsular bag to the sclera using a flanged method on both sides of the polypropylene without suture. Positive results with long-term stability of the bag-IOL complex are observed.
