Description
Managing compromised or missing capsular bag is one of the basic skills of cataract surgeon. We have summarized the basic procedures with their advantages and disadvantages. We have created a 3D model to demonstrate the basic operating procedures in the presence of compromised and missing capsular bag. The parts from our operations highlight the problems we can encounter in practice. Modeling a real situation can help us understand and practice surgery.
