The presentation reviewed the relative potency of intracameral antibiotics, and the method used by the author for preparation and injection of intracameral moxifloxacin. Moxifloxacin 600 mcg in 0.4 ml have been found by us to be the most consistent and reliable method of intracameral antibacterial prophylaxis, given as the final step in the cataract procedure.
