Description
Video shows a 22-year-old male patient with a history of bilateral congenital cataract. Cataract removal was performed 20 years prior in both eyes. The left eye shows a very tiny aperture in the iris tissue at 12 o’clock with no pupil and ability only to detect hand motion. Aphakia in the left eye was corrected with a secondary PC IOL and a new pupil size was created.
