Description
This video shows a challenging case of sublaxated rigid IOL which was managed with sutural iris fixation. As part of the capsular support was intact, one haptic was fixed with suture and other haptic was placed over remaining capsular support. For better understanding and visualization I demonstrated the technique in a goat’s eye with thicker sutures.
