Description
This film shows pathologic connections between the anterior chamber and Berger’s space as confirmed with the help of triamcinolone injection into the AC followed by iOCT during the final stages of phacoemulsification and IOL implantation. The results demonstrate that it may be one of the major causative factors for intraoperative aqueous misdirection syndrome and iatrogenic PC rupture during phacoemulsification.
