Description
Video shows ways to tackle cataract with co-existent corneal opacity. Preoperative surgical planning:incision site, capsulorhexis, emulsification,type of IOL, intra and postoperative problems. Use of trypan blue dye,endoilluminators and nylon hooks will be demonstrated in healed keratitis,chemical injuries and SJS. ALTK,DALK,DSAEK and DMEK triple will be elucidated on intraoperative OCT microscope in 3 dimensional view to cut through the haze.
