Description
Capsulorhexis is difficult in hypermature intumescent / Morgagnian cataract due to high tension on the capsule and very often cannot be completed due to peripheral extension or rupture. I have invented a unique approach to capsulorhexis by pharmacomodulation of preoperative pupillary dilatation which will solve the age old problem of cataract surgery in these pateints.
