This presentation demonstrates the importance of proper management of large corneal laceration, deep scleral laceration with exposure of the ciliary body and iridodyalisis in the emergency care, as well as how the traumatic cataract extraction with IOL Implantation was dealt at a later date, with a successful outcome.
