This presentation is about different tips for special situations during phaco like when the capsulorhexis is going out to the periphery or when doing it in a shallow anterior chamber. Other situations are avoiding the Argentinian Flag Syndrome, approaching hard cataracts, cataract surgery in corneas with radial keratotomy and avoiding burning the cornea during phaco surgery.
