Suture fixation of dislocated intraocular lenses in the capsule bag technique will be demonstrated using a newly developed technique. This technique uses 8.0 Gore-Tex suture which is passed into the bore of a 30G TSK needle and then passed under the haptic. The suture is then retrieved with a micro-forceps device. The suture is tied and knot is buried in a sclerostomy
