This film displays a near perfect management of a complication during cataract surgery. This is of great educational value. The anterior segment surgeon could manage a killer wave in the form of Descemet’s detachment which occurred immediately after capsulorhexis while injecting visco.
All steps, injecting visco to abut Descemet's, low phaco parameters, phaco in the bag, wound suturing are shown.
