CCC in pearly white intumescent cataract remains a challenge despite advances in surgical skill and technology. Argentinian flag sign and rhexis run out are feared events. Femto laser and Zepto are very expensive and still occasionally result in incomplete CCC. HAFS-CCC is crafted manually under fluid only, using anterior chamber maintainer. It is simple, economical and remarkably safe technique.
