The film highlights the role of IOL placement in the sulcus and capturing through the anterior and posterior capsulorhexis. This strategy prevents anterior displacement of the IOL and crowding of the anterior segment in angle closure glaucoma. It may also protect against late dislocation of IOL in potentially weak zonules eg.pseudoexfoliation
