An 83-year-old Turkish male with remote history of cataract surgery in his left eye, presented with gradual vision loss in the same eye in absence of trauma. Slit-lamp exam revealed dislocated IOL/capsular bag complex along with signs of PXF and secondary pigment dispersion. This video showcases the use of CTS and Goretex in repositioning a dislocated lens/capsular bag complex in PXF syndrome.
