Complicated cataracts do appear in private practice and can pose significant challenge for novice surgeon. Here MSICS can be a savior as it is easy to learn & produce good visual recovery.In this video we demonstrate two difficult cataract cases managed successfully by MSICS.The first case was a morgagnian cataract with significant capsular fibrosis & zonular weakness & second case was a cataract nigra.
