Forty year old a known case of total albinism presented with decreased vision in both eyes. He had bilateral grade 4 nuclear sclerosis. He underwent phacoemulsification in separate sittings for both eyes with foldable intraocular lens implant. He gained Snellen acuity of 6/60 for distance and N8 for near in both eyes. The video will demonstrate phacoemulsification tecnnique in a case of Albinism.
