A tall, 40 year old man, presented with dimness of vision in his right eye. He had lost vision in his left eye due to retinal detachment following intracapsular cataract extraction with scleral fixation of IOL. He had a subluxated cataract in his right eye with vision of 3/60. Phacoemulsification and vitrectomy was done, but IOL not implanted. He regained best corrected visual acuity of 6/9 and N6.
