The Malyugin Ring is a great device for tackling small pupils. However, in certain scenarios the ring can cause complications during cataract surgery. This video shall demonstrate the do's and don't s for using a Malyugin Ring and how to tackle intra-operative surprises that may occur while inserting the ring.
