This video highlights the management of intra-operative bag dialysis in a 60 year old diabetic patient with hard leathery cataract. A sudden large sub-incisional bag dialysis was noted during the later part of nucleus emulsification. The case was managed by stabilising the bag with hooks, completion of lens matter removal, bag fixation with Cionni ring and successful implantation of PCIOL in bag.
