This video highlights a modified technique of Cionni ring implantation for bag fixation & iridodialysis repair in a case of traumatic subluxated cataract with iridodialysis in a 15 year old boy. After completing lens aspiration with capsular hooks, prolene suture was passed anterior to iris(strongly adherent to anterior capsule) at site of iridodialysis, thereby fixing both with a single approach.
