Strategies for intrascleral haptic fixation include the glued IOL and Yamane techniques. This humorous video will feature numerous bloopers to help viewers understand how to avoid similar mistakes. Bloopers include: decentered IOLs, broken haptics, dropped lenses, haptic slippage, needle-haptic docking difficulty, inability to locate scleral pockets, and subconjunctival/vitreous hemorrhages.
