Femtosecond surgery helps in dense cataracts, however less data exists for more complex corneal/lens scenarios. Optimized settings can make certain cases with prior surgery, more routine: radial keratotomy, ring segments, vitrectomy, aphakic intact capsule, or a collamer lens.
