KPROP type I is and optical device use in cases when corneal transplant have fail or have low probability of success. Despite great outcomes in vision gain and retention rate , corneal mealting is a frequent complication. We present a serial of cases and management of corneal mealting in the third world, where a full exchange of KPRO can’t be done, this video include KPRO exchange and oral mucus transplant .
