1.5mm incision is made perpendicular to Limbus at 3 and 9 o clock positions.Paralimbal scleral tunnel made OU directed inferiorly at 9 o clock and superiorly at 3 o clock.2 sclerotomies made at centre of scleral incisions with 23 G hypodermic needle.Recipient cornea trephined and removed.Rigid 3 piece PCIOL inserted and haptics exteriorized one after another with 23 G ILM peel forceps through sclerotomy and tucked into scleral tunnel.Donor cornea sutured.
