The author describes a BOWMAN layer graft FEMTO technique applied to different stages of keratoconus. The donor is prepared using the Femtosecond laser. In keratoconus, the graft button is a 360° disc, 60µm thick inserted in a FEMTO cut pocket. In pellucid marginal degeneration (PMD), the graft is an inferior crescent used to reinforce the lower ectatic zone. Results are briefly summarized.
