Iatrogenic iris defects can be created during cataract surgery. Every anterior segment surgeon should be familiar with a few techniques to repair commonly encountered iris defects. This course covered simple techniques for iris repair that can be used in the event of an iatrogenic iris defect or planned iris repair.
