A case of asymmetric keratoconus and its 18 months of follow-up is presented where one eye underwent crosslinking intacs and PTK. The patient elected for observation of the fellow normal eye. Prospective data results of over 400 eyes that underwent accelerated epithelium-off crosslinking are also presented.
