Description
We present a challenging case of a DMEK procedure for the treatment of PBK. Complications arose due to elevated IOP and a shallow anterior chamber. Due to the above mentioned, which barred the unscrolling of the graft, the DMEK transplant was abandoned, and we reverted to DSAEK. The possible causes of this complication, which sustained throughout the DSAEK operation as well, will be discussed alongside a video of the surgery, which will reveal the surprising accomplice.
