Description
Advanced non-scarred keratoconus was subjected to a stromal bed of 9.5 mm in dia. with parallel incisions through which a donor stromal lenticule of 200-250 mic. was transplanted for stromal augmentation (both Femto-dissected). Followed up to 1 year and compared with DALK. Add-on residual refractive measures like contact lenses, phakic IOL, ring segments and excimer lasers post augmentation would be discussed.
