Platelet Rich Fibrin Autologous Membrane in Ocular Surface Surgery performed at Hospital Elias Santana in Dominican Republic, 8 cases with descemetocele and corneal thinning had good outcomes after the procedure. The autologous membrane is a surgical alternative to preserve the integrity of the ocular surface in thinning, is a simple method with low cost, autologous, safe and effective. We presented the technique and the results that we obtained in this field.
