This video shall study the safety and efficacy of a new protocol for performing C3R in thin corneas. A spatula is used to debride 8.0 mm of epithelium. A DSAEK Lenticule from therapeutic grade tissue is prepared using a microkeratome and trephined. The lenticule is placed and C3R is performed. Improvement in Keratometry, CDVA & cell count was noted. This technique of C3R is safe and effective.
