Descemet membrane in the keratoplasty is the most treatment procedure in corneal surgery. This video may introduce an artificial implant of hydrophilic acrylic material which can be placed on the inner service of the cornea. The implant bloc aqueaous humor entering the corneal tissue. We implanted two patients with severe bullous keratopathy. The corneal thickness could be reduced significantly.
