Most cases of iridodialysis are associated with either retroflexion or anteflexion which are usually missed.This video shows that retroflexion correction is the main key.If surgeons ignore retroflexion & anteflexion and start suturing the peripheral apparent iris tissue, this leads subsequently to migration of the pupillary border of the iris towards the direction of the anchoring mattress suture.
