We present a corneal ring model with a variation of the surgical technique that theoretically allows intra and postoperative adjustments. It consists of a single central ring (divided into two similar halves to allow placement in the cornea) and peripheral rods that fit the central ring and can be adjusted using prolene thread. This may allow position adjustment and improve the refractive result.
