A rare presentation of Ectopic cilia as a dark lesion under tarsal conjunctiva. A 9 years old girl complaining of foreign body sensation for more than 1 month in RE. Lid was everted and examined by parents notice black colour foreign body and consider it as pencil lead; she told that she was hit by her classmate by pencil in school and since than she develop foreign body sensation.
