Trabeculectomy filtration surgery is the standard technique for treatment of glaucoma. However, it has many disadvantages because it is invasive surgery. In this video, I present the new technique to make a filtration route to approach the trabecular meshwork from inside of the anterior chamber. The result is excellent to obatain the long-lasting lowering intra-ocular pressure effect without damage of the conjunctiva.
