The authors describe a novel technique to provide intraocular pressure lowering and simultaneously visualize the aqueous outflow pathway. Healon mixed with trypan is injected via the iTrack (iScience Interventional, Menlo Park, CA) into Schlemm’s canal during ab interno canaloplasty. The resulting viscocanaloplasty with trypan highlights various patterns of episcleral venous flow.
