Glaucoma is a common disease to lose their visual function. Even though the glaucoma filtration surgery was performed, the lowering IOP effect has been vanished caused by the scarring of the surgical site. In order to reduce the regression, I have developed the ultra-minimum traumatic surgery which is named Intraocular Trabeculectomy. This IOP lowering effect is very good and long-lasting.
