Presented by Mike Murri, MD

A 30-year-old man with a history of Verisyse implants in both eyes presents with acute decrease in vision in his right eye upon awakening. On exam, he has a dislocated implant in the right eye. How should this patient be treated? His other eye also has a refractive error—is any surgical treatment indicated?
