2024 Submission Information
ASCRS Grand Rounds is re-opening the program up for case submissions from residents and fellows. The deadline to submit is September 16!
Submit your interesting or challenging case by following these instructions:
- Presentation requirements:
- 5–8 minutes (max)
- Include a slide toward the beginning of your presentation stating that you have no relevant financial disclosures. *This needs to be both written and stated aloud in your recording.
- Presentations should be balanced, independent, objective, and evidence based.
- Do not include any company logos.
- Record your presentation using LOOM (a free program/app that can be used to record yourself and slide presentations from home). Simply download LOOM (for best results use the Chrome web browser), create a free account, and use your webcam to record yourself as you deliver your presentation with PowerPoint or Keynote. Please save your recoding as an MP4. *The latest version of LOOM allows you to add your picture in view.
- Submit 1) case/presentation recording (MP4) and 2) 2–3 multiple choice or yes/no questions regarding your case for CME credit claim purposes using this Dropbox link by the deadline: September 16.
Accepted presenters will be notified and invited to join faculty for a broader recording of ASCRS Grand Rounds, where they will be allowed to invite their own mentor or a faculty member, for authentic Q&A and discussion. All final ASCRS Grand Rounds episodes will include two case presentations and discussion with a larger group of faculty.
