Measuring the cornea with multiple instruments is accepted as a useful strategy to improve the accuracy of keratometry for Toric IOL prediction. The Barrett K calculator is a method to determine the mean or median K from the Ks of multiple instruments. The “Integrated K” improves accuracy and the principles of this method are explained using a nautical theme in this film.
