Availability of greater variety of IOL allows us to span our IOL selection, specially in those cataract patients desiring a spectacles free outcome. Multifocal IOLs implantation requires healthy eyes besides the cataract; being their main contraindication loss of contrast sensitivity conditions. In this video, we are showing some indications for a piggy-back trifocal IOL implantation.
