Course will feature videos of a simplified and standardized DMEK technique that reduces the learning curve and minimizes complications. Emphasis will be given to initial case selection, with maneuvers for correct orientation and easy unscrolling that avoid intraoperative mishaps in routine and complex DMEK. Management of postop complications will also be presented. Attendees will learn specific methods that can shorten their learning curve.
