Course will focus upon 3 key variables affecting physician leadership effectiveness: leadership style, gender, and generational issues. This course will provide a deeper perspective on how understanding the 3 variables can allow for each of us to be more effective as leaders and communicators. The content will provide leadership perspectives through the experiences of ophthalmologists and a psychologist. Participant interaction is encouraged, and the audience should feel free to ask their most important questions pertaining to 1 or more of the focal areas being covered.
