Managing vitreous disturbance is a challenge for the cataract surgeon. The way the vitreous is managed will decide the final outcome. This video-based course focuses on different approaches to ensure safe, adequate anterior vitrectomy that allows for stable IOL fixation. Three surgeons, including a retinal specialist, and anterior segment surgeons with extensive experience in their fields, will share their views on the pros and cons of different approaches, as well as provide a step-by-step guide to manage a variety of clinical scenarios.
