This course will cover the methodology of calculating topographic-guided LASIK procedures on the Alcon Contoura platform. The calculation of topographic-guided LASIK treatments is far more complex than previous LASIK treatments. Care must be taken to consider the effects that treating corneal topography has on refractive outcomes. There will be an emphasis on the new artificial intelligence analytic software for better treatment calculations.
