The course will review how to correctly use and interpret the various features of Placido topography, many of which are not commonly used, but contain valuable, decision-making preoperative and postoperative information. Emphasis will be placed on understanding a standard aberration profile by combining this with image simulation and an understanding of the corneal power distribution shown on a topographic axial curvature map.
