This video-based course will show how to manage all types of intraoperative DM ruptures (eg, microperforations, macroperforations, excessive trephination) during big-bubble and manual dissection. New indications for DALK will be discussed as well. Instructors will present videos and results of DALK in active infections unresponsive to medical treatment, post-RK ectasia, corneal penetrating wounds without loss of substance, keratoglobus, descemetocele, and ocular surface diseases.
